Alec joined HFG in August 2021 as a financial planning intern, was then promoted to a paraplanner in May 2022 and then became a full-time Wealth Advisor in January 2025.
Previously, Alec held the positions of legislative intern at U.S. House of Representatives and research assistant at James Madison College. He graduated from Michigan State University in August of 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree with a major in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and a minor in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.
Alec is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. The CFP® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning.
