Broker Check



The Operations Assistant/Intern plays a crucial role in the back office.  He/she provides necessary back-up to the Director of Operations and Operations Associates. He or she is also administers additional support to the Advisors.   

Responsibilities & Activities:

Utilize Checklists

Existing Client Appointment Pre:

  • Complete all pre-appointment preparation
  • Update excel spreadsheet, performance reports and final plan, prepare client review & appointment folder
  • If Client Agreements are needed, prepare them prior to appointment and check on driver’s license, alerting rep if one is needed
  • Money Guide Pro updates
  • Pulling items for A+ Action Plan when applicable
  • Prepare folders for client reviews

Back-up Operations Leader

  • Paperwork for existing client accounts
  • Investment Service

Prepare for all Data Gathering Appointments

Beneficiary Changes

Take charge of Albridge system

  • Set up new clients’ portfolios as needed
  • Assist clients with resetting passwords
  • Send out e-mail to new clients instructing them on setting up their access
  • Approve client access daily
  • Input correct account names into Albridge

Miscellaneous Operations/Customer Service Activities

  • Back-up Operations Associate on spreadsheets and paperwork for TH as needed
  • Always utilize checklists
  • Writes down 6 most important and prioritize them each day before leaving the office
  • Update LaserApp, and Breaking Away with client information

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • Strong focus on getting the details right
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks & stress
  • Previous securities industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, contact management data base and internet
