Information from HFG
We may disclose all the nonpublic personal
information we collect about you with our
affiliates and with non-affiliated third
parties. An affiliate is a company we own or
control, a company that owns or controls us, or
a company that is owned or controlled by the
same company that owns or controls us. Ownership
does not mean complete ownership, but means
owning enough to have control. A non-affiliated
third party is a person we do not employ or a
company that is not an affiliate of ours

order to provide you with superior service,
there are times where it may be beneficial to
share all or a portion of your nonpublic
personal information
with our affiliates and with
non-affiliated third parties.
By sharing this information we can better
understand your financial needs. For example, we
can then send you notification of new products
and special promotional offers that you may not
otherwise know about or coordinate with your
realtor regarding the closing timeline of your
loan.

mortgage bankers, banks, securities broker
dealers, tax prepares, financial advisors

We may also
disclose all the nonpublic personal information
we collect about you to affiliated and
non-affiliated third parties as permitted by
law. Affiliates and non-affiliated third parties
that receive your nonpublic personal information
agree to keep that information confidential and
to use it only for the function that we ask them
to perform.

We may disclose all the nonpublic personal
information we collect about you to companies
that help us perform marketing services on our
behalf or to other financial institutions with
whom we have joint marketing agreements. Our
agreements with these companies are subject to

prohibit using the information beyond the
performance of the specified services or in
connection with the jointly marketed product or

We take our responsibility to protect the
privacy and confidentiality of customer
information very seriously. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal standards to store and
secure information about you from unauthorized
access, alteration, and destruction. Our control
policies, for example, authorize access to
customer information only by individuals who
need access to do their work. |

is Covered by Our Privacy Policy |
We provide our Privacy Policy to customers when
they conduct business with our company. This
Privacy Policy applies to consumers who are
current customers or former customers. We
reserve the right to amend (add to, delete from
or change) the terms of this Privacy Policy from
time to time. If we change our privacy policies
to permit us to share additional information we
have about you, as described above, or to permit
disclosures to additional types of parties, you
will be notified in advance. |

Restricting
Your Information Sharing; Opting Out

No action is required by you if you wish to
permit the information sharing as described
above. You can direct us not to disclose
nonpublic personal information about you to
affiliated parties for marketing purposes. You
can also direct us not to disclose any nonpublic
personal information about you to non-affiliated
third parties. You may opt out of those types
of disclosures, that is you may direct us not to
make those disclosures. However, the right to
opt out does not apply to disclosures that are
legally permitted or required or to disclosures
that HFG makes to companies that perform
services on our behalf or to other financial
institutions that have joint marketing
agreements with HFG.
