Submit all requested documents to HFG |

HFG to confirm the receipt of all documents,
Register or Lock the loan, Order the appraisal |

Stage Two: Processing

HFG to order Title, Survey, Income Verifications,
Pay Offs, etc. |

Prepare and package the loan for submission to
Underwriting |
