Mortgage Originators
Responsible for quality origination of
residential mortgages. Solicit loan
applications through contact with Realtors,
Builders, and internal referral sources. Provide
service to current and prospective customers
seeking residential mortgage loans. Interview
applicants to develop information concerning
their needs; obtain and analyze pertinent
financial data for each loan applicant. Must
stay informed of trends and developments in the
local market as well as changing rules and
regulations.
Executive Loan Officer
Advanced experience with proven track record
Interpret prepared and in-house loan
documentation in order to properly book
residential loans. Edit loan transactions
to identify errors. Prep original loan
documentation for imaging. Review and
identify critical loan documents to
ensure pre-funding requirements are met.
Communicate deficiencies with loan packages
and compliance issues.
